Live in Studios in New Orleans
Parse Artist Situation is a three story building in downtown New Orleans that is dedicated to building a progressive and playful art community. Parse invites diverse artists to come together and live and work. They are currently seeking individuals for live in studio positions. Each artist will have access to the gallery located on the first floor of the building, a small private bedroom on the second floor and space in the 1000sq./ft communal studio on the third. With rent and utilities included in the price $595 per month with a flexible month to month lease.

The Entergy Innovation Center is looking for its next tenant.
The Entergy Innovation Center (EIC) is a creative hub, business incubator, and community resource center that supports the development of arts entrepreneurship. The EIC successfully incubated its inaugural tenant, M. Francis Gallery, which has re-opened as a standalone gallery in the Warehouse District. The EIC is looking for other entrepreneurial, passionate, and community-minded artists in need of affordable studio and exhibition space to be the next tenant(s) in the incubator program.

Rehearsal Space: Musicians Union
The New Orleans Musicians Union offers a 1,350 square foot rehearsal space located adjacent to our office at 2401 Esplanade Avenue in New Orleans exclusively to union members free of charge during regular working hours. (9:00AM to 4:30PM, Mon. thru Fri.) The room is also available evenings and weekends for a nominal fee of $20 per hour. (2-hour minimum)

The facility is fully air conditioned with access to bathrooms and includes use of the acoustic piano, PA system, music stands and chairs. The room is ideal for small combos or large ensembles and gives our members an affordable and comfortable alternative when scheduling that all-important audition or practice session.

Icehouse NOLA
The Icehouse is a local commercial building and co-working space located in the Bayou St. John neighborhood, surrounded by Broad Street, Orleans and Ursulines Avenues. The ultimate goal of a co-working environment is too offer low overhead and costs to businesses that are either just starting or choose to remain smaller in structure. The Icehouse houses desks that are for lease to interested parties.
